The amount of teams that qualify for the playoff bracket will be dependent on the amount of teams registered for the tournament. All teams could potentially qualify for the playoff bracket. An official playoff bracket cut-off will be announced prior to the start of the tournament.

Restrictions will be policed as best it can during registration. If you register with someone you are ineligible to play with and it's revealed during tournament play, your team will be immediately forfeited and no refund will be given!! DO NOT attempt to by pass the restrictions.

If you are a player who notices a team that is in violation of the restrictions, please say something immediately!

Start Time Estimate: 10:00PM

Format: (6) – Preliminary games followed by two separate double-elimination playoff brackets that will be played on Day 3. The playoff brackets are seeded via your preliminary record. The winners of each playoff bracket will play a best of 11 Final Series.

Entry: $125 per player (Includes Official BPONG® Jersey tee.)

ALL START TIMES ARE ESTIMATES! Tournaments may begin shortly before or after the posted estimates above depending on the momentum and average game length within each tournament.

Registration deadline - If you are not registered by July 20th, you are at risk of NOT receiving your Official BPONG® team jersey tee. You will NOT be given any sort of discounted entry if you do not register before July 20th and do not receive a tee.

10v10 is played via 5 separate (2v2) games that are affiliated with one another. Your 10v10 team must win 3 out of those 5 - (2v2) games to win the overall match-up.

Everyone on a 10v10 team roster will be assigned a number to coordinate partner pairings for each round of play to ensure equal partner rotations throughout prelims and as the playoff bracket progresses.

All 10v10 teams will make a playoff bracket.

The first 5 games of the Final Series will be played simultaneously. Depending on what the Final Series count is after the initial 5 games of the Final Series will determine how many games will be played at a time for the remaining 6 games of the Final Series.

The team with the best overall record (including prelims) will have choice of designating the first team to a table during the Final Series or allowing their opponents to do so first.

The team with the advantage after the first 5 games of the Final Series will aquire choice of taking the first table designation or passing it to their opponents.

4. Tournament Restrictions -

(WSOBP® XIV 3v3 Satellite Tournament):

Bracket 1 - Each team must consist of 1 female player. Each team must have 2 different states represented.

Bracket 2 - Random draw. Each team will consist of 1 female. State restrictions WILL NOT apply.

(Men & Women Singles) – Men and Women will compete in two different double-elimination brackets.
-
(BOMW™ IX 2v2 Main Event) – You may NOT play with any player you've ever competed with in a 2v2 tournament that had a prize pool of $10,000 or higher.

(BOMW™ IX 10v10 Main Event) – Your team of 10 must be compiled of players via a city, state or corporate affiliation.

City/State Eligibility - Players must meet the following criteria in order to clear a roster through City/State representation:

(1.) Currently reside in given state with a valid mailing address.

(2.) Born AND lived in given state for a minimum of 5 years.

(3.) Attended a College or University in given state for a minimum of 4 years.

Corporate Affiliation Eligibility - Players must meet the following criteria in order to clear a roster through Corporate Affiliation:

(1.) Captain(s) must have a registered and actively operating LLC or Corporation within the state that is being represented.

(2.) ALL PLAYERS on the roster without current residency of the state that the LLC or Corporation is registered in, MUST BE owners or employees of the registered LLC or Corporation.

(3.) ALL PLAYERS on the roster that are NOT owners or employees of the LLC or Corporation being represented MUST have current residency of the state that the LLC or Corporation is registered in.

Documentation of meeting the criteria for roster eligibility MUST be provided to clear a roster spot for a player who is not currently residing in the given state being represented.

Any team participating from outside of the Midwest with players who have previously participated in a BOW, BOE, BOTS or WSOBP Main Event must get their roster approved before registering.

Any team participating with players on the roster who do not currently reside in the City/State being represented must get their roster approved before registering.

ALL FEMALE SQUADS may acquire players by region. Regions for All Female squads are defined as follows:

East - ME, NH, VT, RI, CT, NJ, DE, MD, PA, NY, WV, VA
South - KY, NC, TN, GA, FL, AL, MS, LA, AR, OK, TX
Midwest - OH, IN, IL, MI, WI, IA, MO, MN, ND, SD, NE, KS
West - WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, CO, NM, AZ, UT, NV, OR, WA, CA, AK, HI

7. Code of Conduct -

Every player AND spectator will sign a waiver of liability before they are allowed access to the event that makes each person responsible for his or her own actions.

This means you will be accountable for any misconduct, potential damage to venue property or tournament equipment and your own level of intoxication.

Any person who breaches the Code of Conduct is subject to tournament disqualification and/or ejection from the venue; if applicable, punished to the fullest extent of the law.

NO refunds or credits will be given to ejected players who violate the Code of Conduct.

8. Free Agents -

If you can only field a partial team or are flying solo, you may register your group or individually as a "Free Agent" for the 10v10 Main Event.

We can place individual players on current rosters to fill needed holes, combine partial groups to generate full teams, as well as, formulate entire teams from a field of solo players.
